Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager, you will actively contribute towards establishing a Partner and Agency Network that will help JENTIS grow to new heights! Our ideal candidate is someone who can build trusting relationships with key stakeholders and brings knowledge of the MarTech space with a willingness to take on new challenges. Your playground:
- Contribute and execute on the strategic growth in existing and future markets
- Establish an active partner network with strong cooperation
- Evaluate qualified Partners and discuss the next steps
- Negotiate partner-related contracts
- Coordinate with different internal partners for the onboarding of new partners
- Prepare and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for partners
- Actively contribute your creativity in order to solve daily hurdles
- Contribute to Webinars and other public speaking engagements
What to bring along:
- High level of English and German fluency
- 1-3+ years of experience in partner management (ideally for a B2B SaaS company)
- A deep understanding of digital marketing concepts (Google/Facebook/Programmatic Advertising/Web Analytics/...)
- BA or similar (preferably with a degree in Business, IT Management, Marketing, or related)
- Willingness to travel for partner events and conferences (up to 10-30% possible)
- Stress-resistant, patient, able to manage competing priorities
- Self-starter mentality with an eagerness to learn new things!
Bonus points for:
- Other languages are a big plus!
- Experience in Start-ups, Agency or other parts of the MarTech world
- A passion for data analytics
- Experience working with remote teams
- Further Education in the field or related

The full-time salary range for this position is EUR 65.000,00-100.000,00 OTE per annum. At JENTIS, the salary is comprised of a fixed monthly base and a quarterly performance bonus. Our employment contracts are not all-in, meaning they are based on a 38,5 hour work week with the option to take compensatory days off. Final salaries are determined based on an individual's geographic location, qualifications, experience, and time commitment.
