What You’ll Do as a JENTIS SDR:
- Identify and Generate Leads: Spot potential customers and create new business opportunities via proactive outreach.
- Nurture Marketing Leads: Engage with leads from webinars, events, campaigns, and more to create valuable, lasting connections.
- Qualify Prospects: Use innovative email and messaging sequences to connect and qualify potential clients.
- Set Up Sales Appointments: Support Account Executives by scheduling discovery calls and preparing for client meetings.
- Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with the sales team to build strategies that meet ambitious sales targets.
- CRM Management: Track your leads, interactions, and progress within our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR or in sales/business development
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record in lead generation
- Familiarity with SDR/BDR processes and a proactive, process-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for outbound activities, sales strategy, and client outreach

The full-time salary range for this position is EUR 46,330.00-73,719.00 per annum. At JENTIS, the salary is comprised of a fixed monthly base and a quarterly performance bonus. Our employment contracts are not all-inclusive, meaning they are based on a 38,5 hour work week with the option to take compensatory days off. Final salaries are determined based on an individual's geographic location, qualifications, experience, and time commitment.
