As our CFO, you'll take the reins of our finances and lead our small finance team. You'll play a pivotal role in propelling our growth, conquering new markets, securing further funding, and shaping the future of data capture together.

Your playground:

• Take full ownership of the finance department, including accounting, taxes, cashflow management, and financial planning
• Lead the disciplines of HR, Data, and Legal in addition to Finance
• Develop and implement sustainable short- and long-term financial strategies that support the company's growth
• Guide operational monitoring as well as the establishment and optimization of ongoing financial processes
• Drive multidiscipline projects to achieve operational improvements
• Implement cross-functional processes
• Play a vital role in our upcoming Series B funding efforts, taking over fundraising investor screening
• Be the point of contact for investors and ensure transparent, regular, and accurate reporting
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and management team to make strategic decisions
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team

What to bring along:

• Degree in Finance or Business Administration (accounting focus)
• Experience leading finance functions as Head of/Director/VP or CFO, plus experience leading Legal and/or HR functions
• Experience working for a B2B SaaS Scaleup with an annual income of at least 8-10 Mio EUR ARR
• Proven track record of supporting/leading successful investment rounds, specifically Series-B
• Experience with core accounting, financial statements, audits, reporting, building business models, forecasting revenue and costs, annual and multi-year planning/budgeting
• Fluent in German and English (German fluency mandatory)
• Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willing to regularly travel to the headquarters in Vienna (one week/month)

Bonus points for:

• Experience scaling a budget up to 10+ Mio ARR
• Experience with operating in the USA
• Bringing industry knowledge in the realm of AdTech, MarTech, Data Analytics
• Having founded a startup yourself
• Living close to Vienna (or having an easy and short travel route to Vienna)

Our salary range starts at an annual OTE compensation of EUR 150.000 up to EUR 180.000 for the ideal candidate. Your actual offer within this range will depend on your experience and skills. Additionally, our new CFO will participate in our PSOP and receive virtual shares.
