Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Sr Customer Success Manager, you will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-value customers, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in the MarTech domain, and is excited to take ownership over driving our Customer Success strategy. Are you up for the challenge?
Your playground:
- Work proactively with customers to renew contracts, forecast, and track key account metrics, developing and implementing engagement strategies to minimize churn
- Proactively monitor customer health, identify opportunities for value creation, and drive advocacy
- Refine and own processes to further enhance our Customer Success strategy
- Be the primary point of contact for all account-related matters, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through QBRs and check-ins
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (HubSpot) to enhance customer experience
- Serve as the voice of the customer within JENTIS, collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams
What to bring along:
- 5+ years of industry experience working in the Mar-Tech landscape (Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Programmatic Advertising)
- Strong fluency in German and English (both verbal and written communication)
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients
- The ability to quickly understand our platform, adapting and leveraging its features for sales success
- A passion for data analytics
- Knowledge in data protection and data privacy
- An understanding of the fundamentals of web tracking

The full-time On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is EUR 87.000,00-103.000,00* per annum. At JENTIS, the salary is comprised of a fixed monthly base and a quarterly performance bonus. Our employment contracts are not all-inclusive, meaning they are based on a 38,5 hour work week with the option to take compensatory days off.
