Position: Internship – Business Development
Start Date: ASAP
Commitment: 15-20 hours per week
Duration: 4-6 months
Compensation: EUR 1,300 for 20 hours per week
Location: preferably Austria; (Germany or Hungary are also options)
Your playground:
- Assigning, categorizing, and labeling leads or customer data in our CRM
- Preparing leads for action by the SDR team
- Segmenting customer lists to improve outreach and marketing efforts
- Cleaning up and maintaining the sales database for better efficiency and accuracy
What to bring along:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Excellent English skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, or AmpleMarket experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Bonus points for:
- Prior experience working with CRM systems or in sales/marketing teams
- Proficiency in German (B2 or higher)

The compensation for this position is EUR 1.300,- per month based on 20 hours a week. Final salaries are determined based on an individual's geographic location, and time commitment. We also offer other benefits on top, which we're happy to tell you more about in a personal interview!
