Senior Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our product in order to support mid-market and enterprise marketing organisations in designing first party data architecture using JENTIS. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong knowledge in digital analytics tools and tag mgmt systems. Are you up for the challenge?
Your playground:
- Pre-Sales
- Support our new business sales team throughout the sales process, preparing and joining technical conversations to position JENTIS within a larger, martech stack context of the prospect.
- Create and evolve our existing use case playbook bottom-up as well as inductively from real JENTIS customer cases.
- Build and deliver tailored product demos, proofs-of-concept, and documentation to technical and non-technical audience.
- Sales Enablement
- Continuously educate the JENTIS sales force on the product and new features as they roll out (eg. creating trainings, certifications, etc.).
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for deployment.
- Feedback Loop
- Act as the key technical liaison for prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to align customer feedback with product development.
- Translate customer needs into JENTIS implementation plans, configurations, and integrations.
- Thought Leadership
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR), and analytics tooling (e.g. GA4, server-side tracking).
- Become a known voice of tracking / JENTIS product.
What to bring along:
- 3+ years experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or analytics consulting role
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong understanding of digital analytics tools and tag management systems (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable explaining technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of data privacy concepts and regulations (GDPR, ePrivacy, etc.)
Nice to have
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; experience with browser debugging

The total full-time pay range for this position is EUR 95.000,00-119.000,00 per annum. At JENTIS, the total pay is comprised of a fixed monthly base and a quarterly performance bonus. Our employment contracts are not all-inclusive, meaning they are based on a 38,5 hour work week with the option to take compensatory days off. Final salaries are determined based on an individual's geographic location, qualifications, experience, and time commitment.
