Account Manager

JENTIS has experienced extraordinary growth since the company's foundation in 2020 and we’re excited to hire team members who will take our growth to new heights. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customer base, responsible for ensuring their success and adoption of our products and services. Our ideal candidate is a professional with extensive experience in marketing technology (MarTech) and proficient in both German and English. Are you up for the challenge?
Your playground:
- Customer Retention: work proactively with customers to renew contracts, forecast, and track key account metrics
- Expansion and Upselling: Identify demand in customer´s business and opportunities for growth, strategic account planning, and negotiating contracts
- Be the primary point of contact for all account-related matters: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through QBRs and check-ins
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (SalesForce) to enhance customer experience
- Be the lead to enable customer success and adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams
What to bring along:
- A minimum of 3 years of industry experience working in the Mar-Tech landscape (Marketing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Programmatic) or equivalent experience in an agency environment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Strong fluency in German and English (both verbal and written communication)
- The ability to quickly understand our platform, adapting and leveraging its features for sales success

- An understanding of the fundamentals of web tracking

The full-time salary range for this position is EUR 54.500,00-77.400,00 per annum. At JENTIS, the salary is comprised of a fixed monthly base and a quarterly performance bonus. Our employment contracts are not all-inclusive, meaning they are based on a 38,5 hour work week with the option to take compensatory days off. Final salaries are determined based on an individual's geographic location, qualifications, experience, and time commitment.
