The Content Marketing Manager plays an essential role in shaping and executing our content strategy to educate businesses about our tech product. This role will be responsible for creating a wide range of content, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring content effectiveness through analysis and optimization. You will collaborate tightly with your team members (esp. Events and Graphic Design) to ensure excellent quality and alignment within our marketing strategy.

Your playground:
- Content Strategy: Development and execution of our content strategy to educate businesses about our B2B SaaS product.
- Content Creation and Distribution: Create & maintain educative blog articles, whitepapers, and case studies & (basic) visual content.
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media content, including written & (basic) visual content.
- SEO: Ensure content is optimized for search engines to improve discoverability.
- Newsletter Management: Create and distribute newsletters to keep subscribers informed about product updates, events and industry trends.
- Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance in accordance with team goals.
- Translation and Localization: Provide German/English translations to broaden our content's reach.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Join forces with customers, partners, and internal teams to produce compelling content.
- Budget Management: Manage the content budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Continuous Learning and Trends: Stay updated on content marketing trends and best practices to drive ongoing improvement.
What to bring along:
- 3+ years experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS context
- Excellent German and English writing and editing skills
- Understanding and up-to-date experience with SEO
- Tech affinity
- Project management skills
- Data-driven mindset and decision-making
- Stress resistance and ability to handle tight deadlines
- Pragmatic thinking and letting go of perfectionism for the sake of being fast and agile
- Eager to dive into a deep tech product/community and never stop learning
